Clause 1: Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by mekdi88b, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the entirety of the terms and conditions contained in this document as well as the associated Privacy Policy. These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and mekdi88b as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease use of the platform immediately and not proceed with account registration. Continued use of the platform following any update to the terms means you automatically accept the latest version of this agreement.

mekdi88b reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this site with a clear update date.

Clause 2: Player Eligibility

mekdi88b services are restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 21 years of age at the date of account registration.
• Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your local jurisdiction.
• Not designated as a blacklisted or mandatorily excluded individual by any regulatory body.
• Accessing the platform for personal use only and not in a professional capacity on behalf of others.

Clause 3: Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Opening

Each player is only allowed to hold one active account at a time. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different information or different devices, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of all funds within them.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. Required information includes your full name as per your identification card (MyKad or passport), an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

3.2 Identity Verification

mekdi88b reserves the right at any time to request player identity verification before processing any withdrawal or during any investigation related to account security. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identification card, proof of current address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

3.3 Password Security

Players are fully responsible for the security of their own accounts. You are required to use a strong password and not share your login information with any other party. mekdi88b will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the player's own negligence.

Clause 4: Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits into a mekdi88b account can be made through supported payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for each payment method. There is no different minimum depending on the method — the same limit applies to all available options.

Successful deposits will be credited to the player's account immediately after transaction confirmation. mekdi88b does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose separate charges according to their own policies.

Clause 5: Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time subject to the following conditions being met:

• The account has completed the full identity verification process.
• Any wagering requirements associated with activated bonuses have been fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request.
• Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless there is an accepted justification.

Withdrawals are usually processed within 1 hour after the request is received and verified by the mekdi88b team. mekdi88b reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing any withdrawal deemed to require further review.

Clause 6: Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first deposit are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM100, bringing the account balance to RM200; a deposit of RM800 will give a bonus of RM300, bringing the account balance to RM1,100.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus value received. For example, a RM100 bonus requires total wagering of RM2,000 (RM100 × 20) before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For a RM300 bonus, the wagering requirement is RM6,000 (RM300 × 20).

6.2 VIP Programme

The mekdi88b VIP Programme consists of four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides a higher weekly cashback: Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1%, and Platinum up to 1.5%. Players move up to a higher tier based on their activity and loyalty to the platform.

6.3 General Promotion Terms

All mekdi88b bonuses and promotions are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for wagering purposes. mekdi88b reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of abuse or attempts to exploit the bonus system.

Clause 7: Player Conduct and Responsible Use

Players are required to use the mekdi88b platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without warning:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity using the platform.
• Use of automation software, bots, or other technological methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or claim bonuses fraudulently.
• Providing false information or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.

8.2 Closure at mekdi88b's Discretion

mekdi88b reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, a request from a relevant authority, or any other circumstances deemed necessary by mekdi88b management to protect the security of the platform and other players.

Clause 9: Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

mekdi88b provides its services on an "as is" basis. The platform does not guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors. mekdi88b is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. Money wagered may be lost in full. mekdi88b does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by players.

In any event, the maximum total liability of mekdi88b to a player shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
